It Happened On #14

History is still boring. It makes it difficult to continue these daily posts but I won’t quit yet!

It Happened On #14

It happened on October 11 1844…Henry J. Heinz was born. He founded the Heinz Company (The people who make ketchup)

Also on October 11 1975, Saturday Night Live (SNL) made its debut on NBC. SNL would go on to become the longest-running, highest-rated show on late-night television. It was and still is broadcast live from Studio 8H in the GE Building at Rockefeller Center

Actually, today wasn’t too bad. I love ketchup and I’m sure the vast majority of you like SNL (I haven’t watched a single episode yet and don’t plan on starting now)
