Workout Log For January

With the end of January comes the summary of my workout (only Eliza and the treadmill since I can’t count the calories I burn while weightlifting or using the punching bag). I didn’t log my calories burned since January 1, but I have been working out since then

As you can see by the chart, I usually rest on the weekends. My body needs it

I’ll continue during February – and every month after

I always hated February during school because it only has 28 or 29 days. If an assignment was due March 1, I’d think I had lots of time to do it, but then I’d look on a calendar and realize I have less days than I thought! Stupid February!
